our twenty person firm founded in 1987, and based in toronto ontario is wholly owned by three partners, carol smith, tom may and monika sarkisian. as a matter of policy at least one partner is actively involved in each project. our clients are well known global organizations seeking new or renovated offices in canada. our projects very in size form 5,000 square feet to 500,000 square feet. in conjunction with our arido accredited staff, we respond to the current and future issues emerging from the new workplace. we respond to demands for increased flexibility, changing demographics, green interiors, and cost effective environments. we approach every project with creativity and care.
