i am a leadership and strengths coach and i coach individually professionals living abroad, having a global position and/or looking for a coach with international experience. i have clients spread all over europe as i mostly coach via video conference. i coach in french, english, german and danish. my 15 years of experience within global product management in renowned international companies help me to understand where my client comes from. i help clarifying one's next career step, increasing self awareness to define priorities, balancing work/life and developing leadership skills. this to make sure that my clients have a high motivation and engagement, can grow/perform at their best and can inspire as a leader. i also work with cross functional/cultural teams and how they can become high-performance teams. i have virtual programs that enable long lasting behavioral changes as they combine technology and coaching. reach out to me if you want to hear more.
