SHQ (Sexual Health Quarters)

once known as family planning wa, our new name positions us as the central point of contact for anything relating to sexual health and represents our whole of community approach. shq’s specialised services cater for the diverse nature of sexuality, and moving forward, we will have a strong focus on working with and supporting a range of disadvantaged groups. last year we undertook an extensive state-wide survey, which has allowed us to better understand the community’s sexual and reproductive health needs. the findings will be used to inform shq’s new direction, especially in regard to how we work with young people. our expert staff continue to uphold our strong values around confidentiality and privacy. we look forward to welcoming everyone to our new service.
