SHRM at Sjsu

society for human resource management at sjsu is a well-established, award-winning organization that has been active for 25+ years! we have been recognized by the national shrm organization for four years in a row, achieving superior merit and outstanding student chapter awards. shrm members have the opportunity to network with professionals and develop relevant skills for the workforce. we encourage all majors to join and strengthen their personal brand, while forming long-lasting friendships that extend beyond their professional network. shrm at sjsu recently organized a nine week program called "summer with shrm" where we tackled professional topics and hosted lighthearted game nights to bring the shrm community together. some examples of these events include: black lives matter dialogue, covid-19 adaptability and resilience (with professionals from sjsu hr, aruba, dropbox, and linkedin as panelists!), leading a productive meeting, and disney+ trivia night. we hope to bring even
