we are a family run fencing contractor based in the north west with over 15yrs experience within the industry. the company was first started by our director steve as a sole trader & our foreman chris as his labourer with just a battered old van and a hand full doing small domestic jobs around the thornton cleveleys & blackpool area. steve our director was also driving for eddie stobart on fridays, saturdays & sundays then monday to thursday working on building up shs fencing to where it is today. in 2016 he contract hired his first new van after securing our first new contract of 10 new build houses in macclesfield in cheshire. then after securing another two big contracts in 2017 we then took on another van and staff. then in 2018, steve's son sam joined the team at shs fencing as the first apprentice. and sam seems to be progressing well. we are now growing stronger with new contracts all over the country.
