shs partners was developed by a team of nhs medical consultants and healthcare professionals and as a company, the primary purpose of shs is to work in a joint venture partnership with the nhs to overcome many of its challenges by combining the skills and knowledge of both the public and private healthcare sector. the main focus of shs is to support the delivery of additional clinical capacity to improve rtt performance and turnaround. shs has a variety of ways that it can provide additional clinical capacity. we can provide external medical and nursing staff but if the physical environment is a constraint, then we can provide then we can provide funding to support the development of estates infrastructure. we work with numerous surgical specialties so can provide flexibility to organisations trying to clear multiple waiting lists.
