sjd productions was a startup performing arts company. the inspiration for starting the business was to create a space in which the business owner could engage in multiple performing arts related activities under a single umbrella. sjd productions ceased operations in 2012. key responsibilities - assisting communities to define and articulate their needs through artistic programming - development of administrative structure for managing and supplying new and innovative artistic ventures - project management, staff recruitment, budgeting and performing - staff recruitment, training, retention & termination - working with communities to identify, understand and positively engage in varying issues through art, performance, role-play & discussion achievements - development of a national ‘health and wellbeing” program for arts company ‘cultural infusion’ for both primary and high schools. the program dealt specifically with body image, cyber bullying, mental health issues and t
