sjs self-defense ltd offers self-defense classes to the general public and corporate concerns. clients will be taught how to avoid potential threats to the well-being of themselves and others. techniques to handle verbal and physical confrontations will also form part of the tuition. defense against various grabs and strikes to all parts of the body will be taught in the stand up position and also on the ground. junior classes are offered straight after school. the sessions are games oriented focusing on balance, co-ordination and body mechanics. private tuition is also available.
