the cat that i had recently rescued has some mobility issues and struggled to get up to his favorite sleeping spot, so i was looking for a simple solution to provide him a comfy hidey-hole + easier access to the spot under my window that he loves. he was communicative throughout the process and kept me updated. while he is on the pricier side, the quality is great, and i expected to pay more for for a custom design. he was even receptive to a minor modification/addition. he was definitely cheaper than if i had gone to petsmart to get a tower that only moderately met my needs, and i can tell this thing will last a lifetime.
