s-invest was founded in 2008 to fill a gap in the slovene real estate market. there are four important differences between our company and others in slovenia. we are the local partner of cushman and wakefield, the largest privately owned real estate advisory in the world, with over 14,000 employees in 60 countries. this gives us access to a wealth of knowledge and expertise and we regularly work with cushman and wakefield’s valuation, hospitality, research and capital markets teams on assignments for our clients and theirs. we only ever advise a buyer or seller. it is customary in slovenia to charge both parties, but this creates a conflict of interest and it is something we do not do. we are an international company that employs both native slovenes and property professionals from other countries. we routinely market properties in many countries simultaneously, with global marketing campaigns. we have offices in ljubljana and london. we deal in commercial property only. we work in off
