S/O Yellow

we are s/o yellow - a specialty coffee roastery company from munich. we want to take coffee lovers and those who want to become one on a coffee journey, just as we once experienced it ourselves. in the south of germany, due to the proximity to italy, one often first comes into contact with coffee in the form of espresso. mostly dark roasted, the main thing is chocolaty and strong. pure or with milk. this is also how we started. on various trips, we experienced the insanely large variety of coffee types, how they are roasted or prepared in the most diverse ways. mostly with a lot of attention to detail. often really celebrated. in northern germany, the coffee world looked already quite different. people were already more open-minded towards different coffee influences. further trips to scandinavia, asia, africa and north and south america finally made us coffee fans. so a journey became a personal passion and finally s/o yellow.
