why should anybody care for cultural heritage? we assume people do care because it brings relevance to their daily life, work or other activity in the present. cultural heritage already is a powerful enabler of cultural identity and constitutes the basis of a large number of profitable business models. the e30 foundation strives to identify, explore and exploit opportunities to make cultural heritage relevant. in practice, this means we aim to accelerate innovation and counteract fragmentation. based in the netherlands, the foundation helps institutions and freelancers throughout europe to further professionalize the process of making cultural heritage relevant. first and foremost, we act as a knowledge broker by sharing insights on entrepreneurship, strategy, policy, funding and participation. secondly, we provide services as a matchmaker by initiating and organizing innovative projects in the field of cultural heritage.
