sunny hills palladium, llc (shp) is a professional property and asset management company that has been in operation since 1993. the company was established to perform the property management responsibilities for a growing portfolio of privately owned commercial real estate. the shp real estate portfolio consists of approximately 3,100,000 rentable square feet of commercial real estate space at 39 locations consisting a total of about 80 buildings. the portfolio consists primarily of office properties but also a growing mix of retail, industrial, and senior living. all properties are located in southern california spread throughout los angeles, orange, riverside, san bernardino and san diego counties. total assets under management were over $650 million as of 8/10/2015.
