this is a website for showbiz, sports, tech and news from sierra leone and around. i wanted to use a catchy name for my blog which also immediately communicates what it is all about. the mockingbird is a nice fit. mockingbirds are birds that mimic sound from other animals. my blog mimics news from around the web carefully selecting contents that will be of interest to sierra leoneans. i hope that sometime soon, i would be able to set up my own team of writers and a network of reporters; because it is only in that manner that i will be truly able to achieve my vision. yes! we will!!
