the martial way site is a collection of my personal thoughts, guidance & instructions from experts, as well as information from research & development institutes. i've also included training & lessons that represent my individual expression of martial arts & zen. the martial way (budō) has industry accreditation, under iso 17024, which is provided by the national martial arts instructors accreditation scheme (administered by the martial arts industry association - maia). this is provided by standalone courses delivered by the maia in conjunction with the australian qualifications framework (aqf). we are also affiliated with the japan karate association world federation of australia (jka/wf australia) which is a member of the japan karate association (jka). the jka is by far the largest karate organisation in the world.
