what is disease? the word is derived from a disruption of ease within the human body. it all boils down to a blockage, finding out where it is and releasing it so the body can operate in harmony with itself and heal itself the way it was meant to through our immune system. our brain, our heart, our central nervous system, our glands, our cardiovascular system etc etc etc all have their purpose. only by understanding the human body and how it works can we truly understand sickness and disease and what must be done to get healthy and stay healthy.
