topdeals.nl started as an online retailer in photo related products in 2001 on markplaats.nl . in 2003 a retaillocation was added to actively use the power of the internet to scale up the business. topdeals.nl developed itself as a traditional driven retailshop, which had goals to compete with the pure internet players in a race to speed up sales. from2004-2010 topdeals.nl showed an impressive track in turnover and revenue. the company was located in the center of the netherlands( zeist near utrecht) in a popular shopping area. in 2009 topdeals.nl was updated, upgraded & restyled as "de koopjeskoning"( bargain king) in a nation wide campaign on radio & internet to get attention for the fact that we also added a homeshoppingservice to our activities. in 2011 we succesfully explored the possibility to redesign the website to a more social driven community and offering a wider scale of products by automatic feeds by various distributors. this was implemented by sitelab in august 2012. by
