we formed toptiermd (www.toptiermd.com) with the conviction that the only credible source for consumers to find the best doctors is to ask other physicians for a referral. we asked scores of doctors the simple, but powerful question: “if you needed one doctor for yourself or a loved one, who would you see?” the outcome of this process was a list of top doctors who consistently came up as other physicians’ first and only choice in a given field. while we were introduced to many great doctors, the names of our toptiermds are the few that showed up over and over again. toptiermd’s are the doctors that other doctors trust. toptiermd launched january 2010 with it's list of chicago's top doctors and is in the process of expanding nationally. toptiermd is founded by keith pascal and dr david preskill.
