trainingcheck was created by a team of experienced training and hr professionals as part of a large-scale project involving a range of employers and training providers. the challenge was to develop a web-based training evaluation tool that would be both based on sound theory and also be practical for organisations of different types and sizes to use. participating organisations told us that the tool should contain high-quality, ready-made content which could be used to evaluate training effectiveness at all levels, from participant satisfaction right through to business impact. they also told us that it should be customisable to their individual needs. so that is what we built. then we tested, trialled, tweaked and changed it until we, and most importantly our users, were happy that it did everything it should do and did it well. it didn't stop there though. since launching we have constantly improved trainingcheck through user feedback and other means with the aim of always providing
