trerätters.se or “three courses” as in three course menus aims to inspire people to experiment in the kitchen. we want everyone to dare to be creative. food is one of the most important things in life, so it must be fun! everyone have different taste and preference when it comes to food, so don't let any recipe rule above you. all foods taste different, especially depending on season so don't let measurements tell you what’s enough. taste, and make the rules yourself. we prepare all recipes our self and make sure they meet our standards, but promise us that you're not afraid to take another path and just use us for inspiration, to make the best food for you and your guests. on linkedin we hope to share our experiences of running a food site from a technical and business point of view, and hopefully some inspiration in the kitchen as well. bon appétit!
