trusted.ro is a romanian trust mark for national online stores that meet the legal and quality standards. every year, we verify and confirm that the online shops that pay the annual membership fee respect the set of 24 criteria (client information present on the website, legal requirements, good practice standards) and we help them solve all the problems we may find, so they are compliant. trusted.ro trust mark is a project implemented by the ecommerce awards gala (gpec), legi-internet.ro and pro consumers association. none of the three bodies is involved in e-commerce activities, thus ensuring the objectivity of the certification process. additionally, voluntary certified e-shops are enrolled in the "trusted reviews" system, an objective review platform where real and verified customers rate shops and evaluate their buying experience, the delivery and their overall impression. the opinions and grades are publicly available on the website feedback.trusted.ro. during the rating process
