u-coaching® is an international coaching team. we are based in kronberg (near to frankfurt), and morsbach (near cologne) in germany, as well as kaluga, about 170 kilometres southwest of moscow in russia. our business model focuses on our core competencies and experience. these include: cultural intelligence strategy coaching executive coaching we offer scheduled and solution-oriented consultancy and supervisory services to business professionals in executive and managerial positions. these also include the provision of support to individual managers and management teams during transitional periods. in part, our remit is to expedite individuals’ professional development curves, to enhance their self-awareness and sharpen their perceptions. in geographic terms, we currently operate primarily in russia and germany. our focus lies in german, russian and english organisations and companies operating in english-language, b2b environments.
