in 1995, mr. eric knipe started his research and development of engineered lumber with fire, termite, and anti-microbial properties with help from the alberta research council, together with two of the largest osb producers in north america and others. with all the necessary study requirements performed from 1995 to 2011, mr. knipe introduced the first anti-microbial (mold resistant) oriented strand board (osb) and in 2011 formed u-nex™ forest products group. mr. knipe has two years of study with the alberta research counsel and has completed the research work required to determine the perfect balance of the new u-nex™ forest products 2468 resin (manufactured in the us) that would provide the necessary anti-microbial (mold) protection for engineered lumber. u-nex™ forest products is on the cutting edge of industry advances. by using u-nex™ forest products 2468 high-speed ambient curing adhesives, heat-resistant adhesives and resins, mr. knipe is making it possible for u-nex™ forest pro
