we are a union – an independent organization created by employees to advocate for our common interests as well as those of all workers. we are several thousand union plumbers, pipefitters and hvac/r service technicians committed to their communities and excellence at the worksite in silicon valley. we believe that skilled construction and service workers work best when we have a strong voice in decision-making. we stand together to make sure that our pay and benefits allow every employee’s family to live with dignity, and to ensure that construction in our community supports all working families.
