in 1993, ogmios group of companies was founded. the main activity is real estate development. in order to optimize operational processes, each individual project is usually implemented, managed and developed by different, historically-related organizations. the need for timely completion of the project and the ability to construct financially efficient and standards-compliant real estate objects led to the establishment of a construction management company – jsc „statservice“. jsc „statservice“ has been operating since 2011. we are currently working on construction projects of various sizes. the team of qualified and competent construction management experts has already built more than +180000 m2. in a relatively short period of time, we managed to earn the name of the organization that meets the highest construction management standards. increasing partner confidence allows us to start business development and provide construction management services in other european countries.
