U-Inspire Maldives

u-inspire alliance is an alliance of youth, young scientists, and young professionals (yyp) working in science, engineering, technology and innovation (seti) to support disaster risk reduction and resilience building, in line with sdgs and the sendai framework. this alliance has been facilitated and nurtured by unesco, together with undrr, unmgcy, idmr, irdr, universities and drr related stakeholder. u-inspire alliance has 12 national chapters that comprise nearly a thousand yyps from countries in asia and the pacific. this network creates experimental spaces for collaboration with scientists, policymakers, government, private sector entities, social entrepreneurs, and civil society organizations. u-inspire maldives is the local chapter of the alliance.
