the xavier’s management society (xms) is a representative society of the department of management studies of st. xavier's college, kolkata. established in september, 2010 the society is based on the ideological framework of commitment to excellence. with this very spirit, we in xms believe it is essential for us to move out of our comfort zones and keep on questioning the need of moving ahead.xavier’s management society – is a new step taken by the department of business administration, which seeks to make a collective effort in exploring avenues beyond the realms of academia. xms is about bringing out the best in each student and providing an opportunity to display their potential. the society aims at organizing different events throughout the year to maximize exposure and bring about an all-round development. all the students of the bba department are automatically members of xms. the society seeks to develop new events and programs to enable students to explore their various skills
