14 years ago, xavier crespo graduated as an architect at the university san francisco de quito in ecuador. before graduation, xavier practiced as an intern on firms in ecuador and the united kingdom assisting on the development of residential and institutional projects in london, barbados, berlin, hannover and quito. this opportunity to work in different countries encouraged him to pursue a career in that path to later be part of the development of projects in japan, germany, venezuela, spain, united states and ecuador, residential and institutional projects, but now as a graduated and registered architect in ecuador. a master’s degree in project management took him to canada in 2008, where he worked for eba inc. in residential/commercial and institutional projects becoming the second in charge in the firm after the principal. he became a registered architect in canada; he has completed the requirements to become an aia member. xavier was also a faculty member at camosun college, i
