originally from the midwest, bill has been working over 7 years in the bay area. bill wanted to apply his knowledge of project management and construction to the bay area. he also wanted to see better outcomes for projects and clients, so he founded xcede construction. the guiding principle of xcede is: semper aequum - always fair. bill holds a bachelors of applied arts in construction management and holds a p.m.p from the project management institute. we are problem solvers: we have the experience to think creatively and help you realize your vision. ideas into reality skilled and practiced: craftsmanship and quality through out the whole process. we are a dedicated crew that stays on your project until it is finished.
