Xcel Gymnastics

xcel gymnastics sports center provides top quality gymnastics, cheer, tumble, and trampoline instruction to children of all ages in the st. louis area. we offer a variety of instructional and competitive programs for boys and girls. in addition we host birthday parties, field trips and other special events. xcel is a usag member club with top notch usag safety certified staff. we currently offer three program areas: gymnastics, cheer, and trampoline & tumbling (often referred to as t-n-t). all of our programs incorporate a progression based curriculum for each skill level. all of our professionally trained coaches utilize return stations at each event to allow for independent learning, strength, confidence, repetition, and fun.
