xchange by houzen started off with a simple realisation that independent agents held the power to engage their tenants better and faster however most new developments were given exclusively to the big 6. we believe that if given a better source of instructions, agents could without a doubt outperform the bigger real estate agencies. over the past 3 years we've worked hard with many independent agents to give them the tools to work efficiently in this industry that hasn't changed much over the past 30 years. we've been working exclusively to empower independent agents and provide them with the resources to compete head-on with the big 6 agencies in the market. our vision is for xchange to give independent agents the tools to efficiently manage their instructions and take back control over the market. together we believe that we can disrupt the real estate world and to tap into a new way of working which is quicker and better
