who are we? xekin.org is a lean & agile community of practice: we are trainers, teachers, professors, coaches, creatives, authors, speakers, engineers, psychologists, managers, executives, entrepreneurs... what do we do? in short, we "enable people's autonomy, mastery and purpose on organizations". this is our "meaning". why do we do it? why do our "meaning" exists? because our "mantra" is to "make work meaningful". and why again? because all of us have this deep desire to do something meaningful and significant with our lives into this world.
