xela robotics provides the human sense of touch to robots. by producing patches with integrated sensors capable of sensing 3 axis in each and every sensor included in the skin patch. these patches can be integrated easily into both new and existing robotics thanks to the small size and few attached wires. with our solution the robotic application, such as grippers and robotic hands, can easily sense what they are gripping or holding. this will give them the sense of touch similar to that of a human hand when manipulating objects.
