hello! my name is xenia sandek and i´m an interior designer, real estate photographer and stage designer. since my bachelor's degree in germany, my whole life has revolved around interior design. through my studies and work experience, i have a trained eye for details and perspectives in architecture. since 2018 i have been helping real estate agents and property owners with the brokerage of their properties, be it a holiday apartment or a house. i decorate, design and photograph your property always according to the type of marketing or social media type. photography, drone recordings, floor plans, decoration, virtual stage design, minor renovation work - everything on time, quickly and from a single source. i´m also happy to advise you in 4 languages: i speak fluent german, english and russian and my spanish is getting better from week to week.
