i working in it for approximately 7 yeras before i finally took the plunge to do what i always wanted - to work with people on a practical and emotional level. i underwent intensive training in life coaching, nlp, reiki, kinesiology and tat for 4 years and opened my own business in may 2006. since then i've been lucky enough to have grown my business to the success it is today. i work with people both on a 1:1 basis and as part of a corporate team. i specialise in helping people to combat stress, improve self esteem and boost their confidence. more details on what i do can be found on my website, www.xhale.ie
