about xz (xiaozao) education: *who we are: started in 2016 by three mba graduates from duke university, we are a team with many young and passionate professionals who had experienced the challenge ourselves in job search and career development. we hope to use the power of education to broaden the horizons of the young generation and help them see more possibilities, regardless of their family background and the limits of their living environment. *what we do: we provide one-stop career education platform with well-designed online courses dedicating to prepare chinese students with essential knowledge & skills for them to succeed in the job market and to thrive at work. *what we have achieved: within less than 3 years since the establishment, we have empowered over a million chinese students, 30% of which were from 150+ universities across continents, with their career advancement. *what online resources we provide: -assessment tools: career interest and job search skills assessment
