xix services limited was formed in 2007, bringing together a small group of highly experienced subject matter experts specializing in the delivery of evaluation and training services. xix services also specializes in the facilitation of national dialogue, the promotion of good governance and gender mainstreaming across the developing world. since its formation in 2007 xix services limited’s consultants have supported various international development organizations across the world, including; south sudan, sierra leone, bosnia-herzegovina, kenya, somaliland, turkey, syria, pakistan, india, sri lanka, iraq, eqypt, lebanon and the levant additionally, xix services limited has collaborated with a number of smaller organizations and foundations, working within the fields of education, gender mainstreaming and partnership approaches conducting programme evaluations, developing strategic and operational recommendations and pathways.
