it is a full-time aicte-approved course in entrepreneurship by xlri, which offers structured long-term support for aspiring entrepreneurs by combining management education with incubation/acceleration. the curriculum approaches management education from the viewpoint of start-ups & provides students with skills, analytical tools, perspectives, and experiences that prepare them for careers as autonomous entrepreneurs, family-business entrepreneurs, or entrepreneurs in corporate settings. its unique strength is that it combines theory with practice, allowing students to test the theories, models and strategies learned in the classroom; by creating real business plans, working on field projects, and gaining access to personalised insights from leaders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. the program envisages students starting their ventures during the program and incubating it at xceed, the campus incubator.
