the company was formed in 2014 with the union of two emergent it startups. the merger was the natural outcome of collaboration between zeaple inc. and yapak itg co. whose respective front-runners were leaders of the ateneo de manila university’s mis association who had previously worked together on school and course organization-related ventures. after graduating from the university in the 2009, the young it entrepreneurs established the tech startups, zeaple inc. and yapak itg co. the two groups then coincidentally teamed up once again in 2013 on a large-scale government project. recognizing their synergy and sharing the same vision and passion of conquering the web software industry. these young bloods came to an agreement – they would team up, scale up, and a work together to bring forth a new player in the market – xolve inc. built on the strengths of zeaple inc., known for its fast and affordable website development, and yapak itg co., which focused on medium to large-scale syst
