xpeerant inc. was organized as a c-corporation on march 29, 1996 for the purpose of filling the high tech professional contingent workforce needs of clients predominately in the semiconductor industry. the company has averaged in excess of $3 million in gross revenues over it’s 14 year history. the temporary staffing industry is a multi-billion industry of which xpeerant's short term goals are an insignificant portion. the remarkable thing about xpeerant is that we compete side by side with the companies that own majority stakes in this industry and are renown for our ability to place the most difficult positions with few resources while our mamoth competition is expending much more effort to fill the same type of positions. our market share is so small that some of these top tier companies seek our services because we make them look good.
