xpialidocious educates and empowers the hospitality industry to make the world healthier by serving more nutritious and health-enhancing food at the millions of events it produces daily. we are nutritional counselors, healthy event planning consultants and a clearinghouse of information and products designed with the hospitality industry in mind. xpialidocious also wants to do everything to ensure individuals who have dietary restrictions and attend events can enjoy delicious meals without difficulty. our goal is to improve the health of our communities through education, training and partnerships with chefs, event planners, caterers, convention facilities and hotels. to serve the communities in which we work, we also partner with local farmers, food coops and community supported agriculture farms (csa) to ensure the hospitality industry provides the best local, fresh food available. by hosting and planning healthier gatherings, xpialidocious aims to create a more sustainable world.
