xpressroam is a provider of domestic (us) and international mobile data roaming and occasional use mobile data access. xpressroam is neither a content services provider nor a wireless carrier, but rather a new form of the mvno (mobile virtual network operator) for data roaming, whereby it offers retail, brand-able mobile data service to consumers using the existing data networks of multiple carriers, under negotiated revenue sharing arrangements. initially, xpressroam will focus on the domestic us market of mobile data users who, for a variety of reasons, find that they don’t have access to the internet from their mobile device and wish to purchase from xpressroam a one-time, day pass that is either measured quantity of mobile data bandwidth, payment or both. xpressroam will offer similar services outside the us as the business opportunities present themselves. although xpressroam is not a facilities based wireless network service provider with its own wireless spectrum license, xpress
