xr america's mission we are in an emergency. if our global rebellion is going to be successful, it’s essential we experience a mass mobilization on an unprecedented scale in the united states – the country with the largest per capita impact on the climate so far, and with one of the governments most opposed to change. xr america aims to accelerate the mobilization of extinction rebellion in the united states by quickly creating a large, national network of xr groups using the successful strategies and structures of xr global and xr uk. these strategies and structures include demands, principles & values, standardized training, adherence to the operating guidelines of a self-organizing system, ambitious action strategies, global metrics, and plans for mass mobilization. xr is a decentralized, non-hierarchical, grassroots movement, and anyone who abides by the xr principles and values is welcome to organize as xr. xr america looks forward to working supportively and collaboratively w
