Xr for Learning

non-profit open-source initiative aiming at highlighting, supporting and fostering immersive technologies (xr, aka vr, ar, mr) applications for learning (from k-12 education to corporate training and lifelong learning). ultimate goal is to propagate those applications in order to adapt the way we learn to the 21st century by making it more engaging and immersive. several activities: - offering a label, owned by the community, to increase the visibility of those applications - gathering and fostering discussions with professionals and people interested in this topic, to exchange best practices, work on standards (for interoperability...) - promoting the work of startups, corporations, public institutions, research, and independent individuals, in this field - organizing contests - virtual and physical events - education material (resources, webinars, moocs) - publications (research...)
