xtravision was established in the year 2009. the leadership is in the hands of balbir kumar and ramesh chandran. both are well established media professionals with over 60 years of combined media experience. balbir kumar was associated with lintas india and then initiative media for over 24 years. he was instrumental in starting the media department in lintas delhi way back in 1983 and left as senior vice president -initiative media delhi to co-found xtravision.he has succesfully handled some of the biggest brand launches to hit india post liberalisation- coca cola india launch,lg india launch,maruti etc. ramesh chandran started his advertising life under balbir kumar in lintas delhi as the second person in the media department. under his guidance he went on to handle the complete tv buying with doordarshan for the entire portfolio of lintas clients. he has worked across various categories and brands. he was part of three start up companies -karishma ,euro rscg and mpg. at xtravision w
