reboot your team or host your next event at xtreeme challenge! located just minutes outside of charlotte, north carolina, we offer the challenge walk, the great raft adventure, outdoor adventure trail and *coming back mid 2023* the high ropes course & zip line — all with on-site trained facilitation. our spaces includes a “log cabin lodge” that sits on a private lake overlooking our fire circle and is a beautiful place to hold gatherings such as day-retreats or bridal showers. at xc we have heard of all types of offsite events that promise team building but fall way short. true team building requires a neutral playing field for all ages and abilities. it must have qualified debriefings tied to corporate objectives in short intervals for retention. we are partial to outdoor adventure because the air is fresh and the reboot is complete. when you stay indoors the power is still turned on and things are familiar and easy. outdoor adventure requires a new mindset for everyone.. r-rely
