Xué Coaching

xué (sh-way) – mandarin for ‘to learn.’ our motto reflects our values and our mission - unlocking potential and securing success. the vehicles for this mission is coaching and the development and support of coaches. we are a team of current, successful, experienced and enthusiastic coaches who provide high-quality training, development and support to aspiring, new and experienced coaches. we are an institute of leadership and management (ilm) approved centre specialising only in coaching programmes. the xué ilm qualification programmes offer qualifications at level 3, level 5 (degree level) and level 7 (postgraduate level). they are nationally recognised by employers, commissioners, clients and professional associations and link into the national qualifications framework. we support the continuing professional development of our graduates in the xue community by providing online resources and quarterly keeping in touch workshops.
