michelle thomas is a life coach and certified practitioner of hypnosis. she holds a certificate iv in leadership and management and has a proven background in building and developing teams and culture within the corporate environment. xxi coaching came to life from michelle’s desire to share the expansive tools of coaching, hypnosis and meditation with people so they can live their best lives. beginning her career as a sales cadet in the paper merchant industry, michelle rose to the challenge and became a people leader at the age of 21. michelle spent 10 years pursing her career in this industry which allowed her to develop her leadership, resilience and a passion to challenge the status quo and change the experience for women in the workplace. michelle then spent seven years as a c-suite executive assistant, leading and managing the office and lives of chief executives before moving into the public service where she has served as an executive officer and business manager leadin
